Self-Healing Through Fascia Release &

Fascia Release & Mind-Body Training
Level 2
Our level 2 Fascia Release & Mind-Body
Training is held in person at Wellbabalnced Farm in Camp Verde, Arizona. Level 1 is prerequired before signing up for this certification.
​
In level 2, you will learn various fascial stretches to assist your clients' in releasing any physical misalignment, or stuck emotional tension. You will also learn how to get your client into the parasympathetic nervous system state in order to prepare their body for the treatment.

Fascia Release & Mind-Body Training: Level 3
Welcome to Level 3 training, Level 1 & 2 are prerequisites before this in person course.
In this training, you will acquire advanced techniques for releasing the fascial tissue through stretch therapy, trigger point therapy and slow-release therapy. Through combining all these modalities, you will successfully guide your clients into alignment and wellness.
Next, we will take a closer look at how the body holds onto emotion and how to guide each person safely through the treatment using their breath, intention, visualization, meditation, sound therapy, and compassion.
Lastly, you will learn how to equip each person with physical and emotional tools on how to continue on their wellness journey.

Reiki 1
In this online course, you will learn how to unlock this transformative power of Reiki and master this healing art form for you, your loved ones, or clients. Reiki works by rebalancing the body's emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing for overall health.
Experience the gentle flow of energy that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, enhances sleep, rebalances emotions, reduces pain and inflammation, promotes cellular healing, increases blood flow, and enhances your overall well-being.
In Level 1 you will learn what Reiki is, how it came about, what it is used for and how to administer it. You will learn how to give yourself Reiki and learn self-mastery tools to prepare your mind and body to become a vessel for this Higher Power. Reiki 2
Upon completion of Level 1, you are now ready for the in person Level 2 Reiki class. In level 2 we will revisit the scared principles learned in Level 1 in order to prepare for a deeper connection.
In this course, we will explore powerful ways to connect to this Divine Wisdom for healing. We will prepare our own bodies and minds through various cleansing techniques and learn self-releasing practices to keep us from absorbing other's energies. We will learn how to sanctify a space and protect the client for their highest good.
Next, we will practice on each other and learn what it feels like to run this sacred energy through our bodies. Understanding about the importance in keeping our own bodies in good health, mental clarity, and spiritual alignment is a must.
Learning about the power of the heart and setting intentions will help bring this whole practice together for cohesiveness.

Reiki Master
This in-person course of becoming a Reiki Master is the final class for full certification. In order to become a Reiki Master, we will go over all the principles learned in Levels 1 and 2 and then add to our experience by learning how to do distant Reiki.​
We will lightly go over the principles of quantum physics in order to understand how we are all connected as one. Next, we will learn how to ask for Divine guidance, send healing energy, ask for spiritual protection for both you and your client and how to clear your mind in order to send this sacred energy.
Even though this is not a requirement for becoming a Reiki Master, we will lightly explore ways to hear and receive Divine messages that might be coming through for your loved ones or client's healing.
Finally, we will participate in a sacred time together where we release ourselves to the higher good of those around us for love and healing of the world. This attunement is the final step into becoming a Reiki Master!
