This class is designed to activate your body’s natural ability to heal by guiding you into the parasympathetic state — the state of rest, repair, and restoration. Through heart‑coherence breathwork and deep meditation, the nervous system calms, the mind quiets, and the body becomes receptive to healing. Gentle, intentional fascial stretch movements coordinated with the breath help release stored tension, improve mobility, and restore energetic flow.
As you strengthen the mind‑body connection, you will learn to listen to your body, release emotional and physical restrictions, and guide your system toward balance through focused awareness and positive intention. The session concludes in a deep theta‑state meditation, where distant Reiki and inner stillness support profound relaxation, cellular restoration, and reconnection to your innate healing wisdom.
