Integrative Holistic Therapy
Integrative Holistic Therapy is a combination of Fascial Stretch Therapy, Reiki, Medical/Emotional Intuitive Reading, trauma work, intentional breathwork and energy work; all of which help restore the body back to homeostasis. This is by far my most popular treatment because it helps release trapped emotions, restores the body from physical injuries or illnesses, and resets your entire energetic system to rebalance your body, mind, and spirit. Suggested time for this treatment is 90 minutes to 2 hours,

Reiki
Rei means “God’s Wisdom” or “Higher Power.”
Ki means ”life force energy.”
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. I offer this treatment both in office or remotely in conjunction with Medical/Emotional Intuitive Reading.

Trauma Healing
Trauma is the response to a deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual’s ability to cope, causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes their sense of self and their ability to feel a full range of emotions and experiences. I have received a certificate in grief/trauma counseling and use this as part of my Holistic healing process. In this session, I work on releasing trapped emotions through the unwinding of the fascia tissue, teaching a client how to breathe through the emotions that are surfacing and guiding them on giving themselves compassion and or forgiveness. When a client feels a visceral response to a sad event, I take the time to gently guide my clients through the emotions by giving them space to feel in a safe place. Once the body releases sadness, a client will often feel that a heavy burden has lifted, and a sense of lightness and peace will enter the body.

Medical/Emotional
Intuitive Reading
Medical/Emotional Intuitive Reading is where I intuitively read the body and scan for any physical or emotional issues that need to be addressed in order to help guide you on your healing path. I have the gift of reading the tissue, organs, and any stuck emotions that needs to be addressed in order to understand why you are having health issues, illness, depression, and or anxiety. I also work with clients on releasing past, generational trauma, and or unhealthy attachments that keep them stuck in patterns of repetitive behaviors. I offer this service both in office or remotely in conjunction with Reiki and Fascial Stretch.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is a treatment that helps cell regeneration, sun damage, acne, wrinkles, wound healing, inflammation, depression, collagen, eye health, and any other cellular needs. It uses therapeutic levels of red light to target your skin and cells. It helps by increasing your mitochondria, your cells' energy source. This improves cellular function and repair.
Red light travels deep into the skin where the mitochondria soak it up and make more energy, which helps cells repair themselves.
